Robert Pearce - Chair of Trustees
Rob is passionate about delivering high-quality, effective services. As an experienced professional within the charity and not-for-profit sector, he has wide experience in delivering business-related solutions in challenging environments.

Margaret Harrison - Vice-Chair of Trustees
Margaret is determined to make a difference to the lives of people with a learning disability in her local area. She has over thirty years of business experience with BT plc, bringing a wealth of business and customer service knowledge to her role as a trustee.

Richard Lane - Vice-Chair of Trustees
Richard is a qualified solicitor, working for Wright Hassall LLP from 1990 to 2020, as a partner from 1994, and a member of the Management Board for 22 years. He currently serves as a consultant for Metro PM Chartered Surveyors, Chairman and trustee of the Friends of St James’, and a member of the National Disciplinary Panel for England Netball, as well previously being an elected trustee for Stratford upon Avon Town Trust from 2014 to 2018.

Sally Fyffe
Saly has over twenty years’ business experience including board level positions at Honda UK, PSA Peugeot Citroen in Coventry and as the Managing Director of a car dealer group in the North West. This is combined with running her own business, Innovation which was set up in Spring 2015, provides leadership coaching and consultancy. I completed an MA in Coaching and Mentoring in 2018 at Oxford Brookes University.
Sally has previously been Vice Chair at East Surrey Domestic Abuse Services (ESDAS) for three years and a trustee of SMA UK for five years.

Robert Glinton
Robert qualified as a chartered accountant in Edinburgh, and has since moved south and spent most of his career in financial control roles in industry, until retiring in 2023. He has also been an associate non-executive director in the NHS, and been part of many mental health act review hearings. Robert is looking forward to contributing to Heart of England Mencap.

Paul Godfrey
Paul retired from full time working in 2016 after a 35 year career in the construction and property development industries.
Whilst enjoying retirement and travelling Paul supports local charities helping the homeless and assisting local food banks. Trustee duties within a separate charity allow him to be involved with building and developing orphanages in south east Asia.
Paul hopes to contribute to the great work Mencap Heart of England are currently undertaking with his experience in running companies and property management.

Will Tomlin-Davies
After successfully completing the 2025 UK Boardroom Apprentice scheme, Will has join the board as a full trustee.
Will currently works for Nestlé UK & I; is passionate about helping organisations create positive differences & provide the best service possible to customers.
He is excited to get to work with Heart of England Mencap who provide services to a topic close to his heart.
