Supported Living

Just the right help

Living independently - with our support

We offer Supported Living in a range of properties across Warwickshire and Worcestershire.

The aim is to provide as much independence as possible, while always ensuring a safe and secure environment.

We encourage individuals to develop independent living skills and an active social life – with the reassurance of support always being on hand.

We make sure accommodation is shared by compatible people, encouraging friendships and mutual help wherever possible.

Our approach is to provide the support required – ‘just’ enough. This ensures customer safety and security, as well as promoting companionship and independence.

We help build independent living skills. – healthy eating, personal hygiene, pride in a well-run, clean and tidy household, personal budgeting and shopping. We encourage independent travel and a wide-ranging social life too.

Importance is also placed on integration and participation in the local community. We encourage those in Supported Living to access our day provision to enrich their lives through education, social skills, even voluntary or paid work.

Transitional support is provided for those moving to Supported Living. We also help people needing to move on from other accommodation no longer suitable to their needs.

“We enable purposeful days leading to meaningful and memorable lives for customers and those who love them. We identify and measure outcomes and all customers have a person-centred plan agreed with them and family members or other care professionals as appropriate.”
