Click here to register if you have a medical condition that makes you extremely vulnerable to coronavirus. For example, you’ll be able to ask for help getting deliveries of essential supplies like food. If you’re not sure whether your medical condition makes you extremely vulnerable, register anyway. You can register yourself, or on behalf of someone else. It’s useful to have your NHS number to hand if you know it. You can find it on any letter the NHS has sent you or on a prescription.

Give your feedback

The Covid-19 emergency has affected all of us, but for families caring for someone with a Learning Disability, and for members of our community that have a Learning Disability, this time has been particularly difficult as people have not been able to live their lives in the normal way. As a provider, we have tried to adapt the way we deliver our services and support people to maintain good health and wellbeing.

People often think about the care regulator, CQC, as the place they go when they are unhappy with the service they receive, and this is an important independent assessor of care. However, CQC is also promoting the great stories of care that people have received. This helps to promote and emphasise the key message that social care is as critical as health care and to raise the profile of the incredible services all care providers have continued to deliver in these difficult circumstances.

We want families and people that use our services to give feedback; it is important we hear this and we have clear communication channels for people to raise issues directly with us.

CQC are encouraging people to share experience of care during the Covid-19 pandemic – both positive and negative. This service provides the chance to share your experience of the service you have received and how this has supported you or your loved ones. Please click here to begin
